But the bar still doesn’t move how you want it to.
Maybe it crashes in the catch.
Maybe your training partner says “pull harder” but you’re already pulling like your life depends on it.
Maybe you are watching your lifts back and have no idea what's wrong.
That’s not a programming issue. That’s a feedback issue. You are simply guessing!
